This policy has been established to give you the comfort of knowing that, subject to the conditions set out below, if any product you purchase from Birdkiss is found to be defective, or it does not meet your needs, Birdkiss will happily repair or replace the product, or offer you a refund.
30-Day Refund Policy
If you bought the product online, and the product is defective or damaged in transit, return the product within 30 days and (provided we agree that the product is damaged or defective as outlined below) we will refund your original delivery charge or cover the costs of delivering any replacement product to you. We will not, however, refund delivery charges if the product is returned simply because you have changed your mind or the product is unwanted.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Reissue process
If you find that the product is damaged or missing after receiving the package, please contact our customer service at support@birdkiss.co and provide the following information:
1. Order number
2. Three clear photos containing ① Outer package with SKU label; ② Outer package with waybill information; ③ Product quantity or damaged product photos.
3. Once confirmed, our support team will help to arrange the replacement for you.
Important: We cannot arrange the replacement if you fail to provide the above information.
4. After the goods are received, Birdkiss will arrange a refund within 3 working days.
Notes:
- Returns must include all accessories;
- Items must include original packaging;
- For warranty claims not related to product quality, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs;
- For warranty claims not related to product quality, Birdkiss will refund the full cost of the product.
- If the product does not meet the requirements above, the return request may be rejected.
- Price differences cannot be refunded on Limited Time Deals.
Refund requests for the 30-day return policy expire 30 days after the warranty claim is made. For non-quality-related issues with expired warranties, returns will not be processed.
